Less paperwork. More time for patients.

Carderelli.dev is an artificial intelligence startup building custom apps for healthcare professionals. We take what is now paper, copy-paste and rework and turn it into a few taps, so time on shift goes back to the people who need care.

01 · Solutions

Paperwork does not have to be part of the shift.

Every team works its own way. That is why we do not sell a one-size-fits-all system: we study the routine, find the bottleneck and build the tool that fits exactly there.

01

Documentation that almost writes itself

documentationuses AI

A short input, a photo or a few fields become discharge summaries, operative notes and documents ready for review. The clinician checks, edits and signs. The AI does the heavy lifting.

  • Drafts based on the team's own templates
  • Reads photos and documents, so nothing gets typed twice
  • Text ready to paste into the medical record
02

No patient forgotten

follow-up

Clinical deadlines that now live in notebooks, spreadsheets and the memory of tired people get a date, a list and an alert.

  • Patients sorted by urgency
  • Reminders for return visits, removals and reassessments
  • Less reliance on memory and scattered notes
03

Custom-built workflows

Discharge, consultation, test orders, operative notes: we map the real path of each task and cut the steps that only exist out of habit.

  • Standard templates shared across the team
  • Fewer clicks between one patient and the next
  • Continuous improvements based on real use
04

Built with the people who use it

co-design

People on shift know where it hurts. We build side by side with physicians, residents and care teams, and each tool evolves with feedback from people who use it every day.

  • A direct line to the developer, who is also a physician
  • Short, frequent releases
  • Simple interface, no lengthy training

02 · Method

From a pain point on shift to an app in real use.

Every tool follows the same path. The people who use it decide what stays, what changes and what goes.

STEP 01

Immersion

We follow the routine, listen to the team and find where time leaks away: what gets typed twice, what depends on memory, what holds up a discharge.

STEP 02

AI prototype

A lean first version, focused on a single bottleneck, goes into the hands of invited users. They point out errors and ask for changes.

STEP 03

Real use and iteration

A tool only moves forward if it saves real time. After that, it keeps being refined with feedback from the people who use it.

Our tools support documentation and organization tasks. They do not diagnose and do not replace clinical judgment.

03 · Security and data

Health data is sensitive. We treat it that way.

AI in healthcare only makes sense with clear rules. These apply to everything we build, from the very first version.

AI drafts, the clinician decides

AI prepares text and organizes information. Clinical decisions and signatures remain with the person providing care.

Only the data that is needed

We collect only what each task requires, following the principles of Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) for sensitive personal data.

Restricted access during the pilot

During validation, use is limited to invited and authorized users.

It has to be faster

If a tool does not save real time between one patient and the next, it does not move to the next step.

04 · About

A physician who also writes code.

Bruno CarderelliFounder · General surgeon and urology resident

Carderelli.dev was born on shift, between one discharge and the next, from an uncomfortable realization: a large part of a caregiver's day goes to tasks a machine could do better. Filling in, copying, remembering, double-checking.

Founded by Bruno Carderelli, a general surgeon and urology resident in northern Paraná, Brazil, the company combines clinical practice and artificial intelligence to give time back to physicians, residents and care teams.

Every app starts with a real problem, lived on the ward, in the operating room or in the clinic. And it only keeps existing if it solves that problem.
